Almond and Peanut Chocolate Chunky bars

1 cup mixed almonds and cashews

3/4 cup almond meal

1/2 cup choc protein powder

1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder

2 heaped tbsp chunky peanut butter

3tbs honey

1 heaped tbsp coconut oil

good pinch sea salt

(180G chocolate of choice -melted, to coat once they have set)

Method

Add the nuts and almond meal to a food processor and blitz until nuts look like large grains on sand. Add everything else in and blitz until it is like a dough. Taste a little and adjust with a bit more honey if needed.

Line a loaf tin with parchment and tip the mix in and flatten well and put into the fridge to set

Cut into fingers and dip in the melted chocolate and let set. Cut fingers in half and store in the fridge.
