Workouts of the week Feb 2013

Loads of my clients have been hounding me to post up more workouts of the week as I haven’t posted any here on my blog in quite some time. I generally post up workouts I do myself or with clients quite regularly on my twitter and my facebook pages so be sure to follow and like there if you want to discover fun and new workouts/metcons to try.

How long can you keep it going?

So if you complete the first few rounds in a minute or so you have the remainding time to rest before you go again when the 2mins is up. The goal is to keep doing round after round and taking no more than 2mins to complete any one round. if you take any longer than 2mins, stop and record how many rounds you got done. Ideally aim for 18-20mins of this (9-10rounds) and you will find it’s a great test of your ability to keep digging deep and pushing hard especially in the later rounds.
