Loads of my clients have been hounding me to post up more workouts of the week as I haven’t posted any here on my blog in quite some time. I generally post up workouts I do myself or with clients quite regularly on my twitter and my facebook pages so be sure to follow and like there if you want to discover fun and new workouts/metcons to try.

The magazine is packed with tons of great articles and in this months issue I outline seven workouts that will trun you into a fat burning fitness machine.
Another month has passed so again I give you a few workouts I have done or put clients through – yes people actually pay me to put them through this stuff!
So without delay here you go, oh just before I get going I would like to thank all of you that regularly train with me or even support and share the work I do as it allows me to do what I like and like what I do, cheers!!

So if you complete the first few rounds in a minute or so you have the remainding time to rest before you go again when the 2mins is up. The goal is to keep doing round after round and taking no more than 2mins to complete any one round. if you take any longer than 2mins, stop and record how many rounds you got done.
