It’s really cool when you find great pictures that capture what I probably mess up putting into words on this very blog. I was recently asked what I thought was the single most important aspect of nutrition. I could have said something like the following -

- Get off all wheat based foods. They are screwing up your digestion, causing inflammation and making fat loss difficult – If in doubt cut the wheat out

How men can lose the paunch forever

I have been a big fan of his work for absolutely ages and I can still remember reading his articles in The Observer magazine (a Sunday paper) over ten years ago and thinking “wow, here is a doctor that encourages people to eat the exact way I would recommend”. He would also look at the diets of ‘famous’ people and comment on how absolutely terrible/great they were and make suggestions on alternative food choices when needed.
