You define your limits
It’s been a while since I have posted anything up directly related to Crossfit so thought I would share a few updates.
First off I will not be entering the upcoming Crossfit Ireland www.crossfit.ie invite as it’s quite close to the Crossfit international sectionals and want to be fresh for them (a few weeks of competition) but more importantly I am still getting a slight shoulder injury back to 100% and do not want to risk it. I will be there on the day to support all the guy and girls every step of the way. It’s always a great day out so pop along even for an hour if you can.

Ok so here is a nice vid with one of my fave crossfit athletes – Miranda Oldroyd. She always does things with a smile and I just love her attitude.
Ok so back to one of my own videos and this is an old one but i am posting it as I did this metcon two days ago and scored 2 reps less (no sumo deadlift this time!) without really having to push it too hard.
This one needs no introduction as what he gets through is just stunning!!
I just love all the videos many of the crossfit affiliates around the world have posted as adverts for what they offer and I am delighted that my gym is different.
